Patient: Woman, 70 y/o. Congestive Heart Failure. Using digitalis. ECG description: Narrow complex tachycardia of supraventricular origin. Variable ventricular rate. Rate varies from 73-105 bpm. Right Axis Deviation. Cardiac axis is at approx. 150° Multiple P’ waves. Atrial rate is 210 bpm. Varying AV Block. P:QRS ratio ranging from 1:1 to 3:1.
